Does this product include user support?

All Web Hosting accounts include 24/7 support. Please use the customer portal to submit a ticket as this is the fastest way to get a response.

Do you offer any money back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days we would be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers the money-back-guaranteed day will be varied; and Domain Name registration fee is nonrefundable).

Do you offer any free trial for new users?

We currently do not offer free trial for new users, however we offer a 30 day refund policy if you'd like to try our services you are more than welcome. Please read the terms and conditions around this as there are some products excluded from the refund policy.

Will my services be setup immediately?

Services will be setup immediately upon successful online payment made either by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. Unfortunately Bank transfer payments may take between 24 and 72 hours to validate.
